An identity can be provisioned with a virtual bank account that accepts bank transfers and wires.
These funds will automatically be deposited into the identity's deposit wallet.
If the identity has a valid IDV, it is used for KYC of this new account.
If not, please provide user field with relevant information to KYC the identity for this action.
